Awakening the Goddess II

This is a follow-on workshop for women only workshop. It is designed to create a loving, safe space for women to appreciate themselves as the goddesses they are. It is suitable for both beginners and more experienced participants.

Tantra is a way to feel ourselves fully alive, in touch with the sexual fire at our core, awake to our sensuality and creativity.  In this workshop we will explore ways of recognizing the goddess in ourselves and in each other.   We will work with breathing, dance and movement, Tantric bodywork, and guided meditation to take us deeper into our bodies, and to celebrate our true beauty and grace as women.

Facilitators

Marta Emmitt

Marta runs Tantralaboratory, Oxford Tantra and Celtic Tantra with her husband Robert. She also assisits John Hawken on his couple trainings. She is an experienced faclitator and developed this workshop 3 years ago. She is also a poet, playwright, and has 3 children and one grandchild.

Helen Dziemidko 

Helen runs Tantranorth, and has assisted Marta with this workshop previously. She has also assisted Robert Osborn and John Hawken on workshops and trainings. She is ,at present, undertaking a tantra practitoner training and a life coach facilitation training.
