Awakening to Energy & Awakening to Energy II
These are introductory level workshops for singles and couples.
Although aimed at individuals, couples who want to work with their individual journeys rather than on their relationship are welcome. Couples are encouraged to do the more intense exercises with their partner. More experienced participants are also welcome as there is always more to learn each time an exercise is repeated.
Awakening to Energy II is designed as a follow-up to the Awakening to Energy workshop. It is open to those who have already had some experience of Tantra.

This workshop is ideal for beginners, but all are welcome.
Sexual energy is the source of our aliveness. Tantra teaches us how to nourish and celebrate our sexual energy in ways which bring greater wholeness into our lives. Tantra has the power to transform the quality of our lives in every area of experience – expanding our capacity for sensual pleasure, opening our hearts to greater intimacy in our relationships, freeing our creativity, and enriching the inner life of the spirit.
Tools used in this introductory workshop include movement, breathing, light massage and guided meditation. Couples will be encouraged to work with their own partners, singles with different people for each structure. We create an atmosphere of trust, innocence and respect.
It is a residential workshop held at Stod Fold Barn, near Halifax. The Friday evening is an open evening of tantra. It is free to those attending the workshop and £15 to others. The main workshop starts at 10.30 Saturday and finishes 5pm Sunday. It is facilitated by Robert Osborn of Tantralaboratory and Celtic Tantra and myself. Price includes basic shared accommodation and food apart from Friday night when we bring food to share. Numbers are limited on this workshop, so please book early to secure a place. £50 deposit will secure your place.
Awakening to Energy II

This is a follow-on workshop
This workshop is for those who have already attended "Awakening to Energy" or a similar introductory workshop. Like "Awakening to Energy" it is aimed at individuals or couples who are wanting to work on their invididual process. Using similar techniques but different processes, we create an opportunity to go deeper into the tantric process. We allow space in the workshop to deal with individual issues that may arise. This is probably the only non-introductory tantra workshop taking place in the North of England.
