These sessions are suitable for singles and couples, whether beginners or more experienced practitioners.
The sessions are an opportunity for those who had attended weekend workshops to reconnect with the tantric experience. They are also a great opportunity for those who are interested in tantra to have a taste without having to commit to a full weekend workshop.
You need to attend two or more open sessions in order to be eligible to attend "Alchemy of Being" Days and "Awakening to Energy II". If you wish to have an individual session you will need to attend at least one open session.
We do a variety of meditations and exercises during the session. These give a flavour of Skydancing Tantra practices. These practices include movement, massage, breathwork, visualisation and voice put together in various ways. The afternoon is designed to leave you feeling both relaxed and energised.
Cost is £30pp single £50pp couple which includes drinks and snacks.
I also offer work exchange on these sessions.
*How to get here- Take M6 Junction 39 to Shap. Drive into village. For Memorial Hall : Look out for zebra crossing, Memorial Hall (name above main door) is on your right just before the zebra crossing. Another landmark is the "Crown Inn" just after the crossing on your left. - 5 minutes drive from motorway.
