This is an intermediate level day workshop for singles and couples.

As well as being an opportunity to re-enter that delicious, relaxing and revitalising space which we  create together, this day particularly focuses on how we relate to our opposite sex, how that serves us and how sometimes there are ways we could do it better. We explore:

• Boundaries - do we recognise where ours are - what do we do when we feel challenged?
• Giving and receiving - what is our style here - do we attract the kind of people we want in our lives?
• Our sexual flow - how do we make love energetically (no genital contact in this workshop) - how can we make our love making more intimate and intense?
